My journey in the hair industry began in 2018, driven by my deep passion for hair styling and color. I have committed myself to continuous improvement by attending numerous classes to stay ahead in this ever-evolving field. Staying updated with the latest trends allows me to provide my clients with exceptional service. I'm proud to hold certifications as a L’Oréal Color Ambassador, L’Oréal Color Certified, and L’Oréal Color Specialist. Additionally, I'm a certified Master of Balayage and a Bellami Hair Extension Specialist, offering a wide range of transformative hair solutions. My journey has also included participation in various hair fashion shows and ongoing supplementary training. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
* No-Call/No-Show: Appointments missed without notice will be charged 30% of the scheduled service cost. This fee must be paid before rebooking, with no exceptions.
* Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be charged up to 25% of the service cost. Late cancellation fees are determined on a case-by-case basis at the owner’s discretion and, if applied, must be paid prior to booking again.
*Late Arrivals: Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may need to be rescheduled. I will always do my best to accommodate late arrivals; however, service modifications may be necessary depending on timing.
